Adults

It can often be helpful to speak to an adult that you trust (parent/carer, someone at school/college, or make an appointment with your GP) about your worries or feelings, so they can think with you about how to help.

Professionals

Professionals who work with vulnerable adults, families and young people will often be dealing with complex situations where emotional and mental health issues are involved. We can support you to reflect on challenging or difficult issues through our supervision services.
