Cancellation policy

During the assessment period (usually around the first 3-4 weeks) we require 24 hours’ notice of any cancellation otherwise the full fee is charged. Following this period we require 8 days’ notice of any cancellation otherwise the full fee is charged. This ensures that in weekly therapy there will always be at least one session to think about the impact of any break coming up, and to think and plan ahead. Consistency in therapy is one of the most important factors.
